All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. Clients are responsible for all applicable taxes, including GST, as per Indian tax laws.
Clients retain ownership of all materials provided to us. By providing materials, you grant us a license to use them for the purpose of delivering services.
Upon full payment, clients will own the final deliverables created specifically for their project. We retain the right to use project work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
We retain ownership of all pre-existing materials, tools, templates, and methodologies used in service delivery.
Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary information shared during the course of business. This obligation continues after termination of services.

Except as expressly stated, we provide services "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee specific results from marketing campaigns or website performance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dot Red Infotech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Clients may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Clients remain responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date.

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dot Red Infotech from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from client-provided materials or client's use of our services.
Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, pandemic, government actions, or technical failures.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
In the event of any dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes may be settled through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with any project-specific agreements or proposals, constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
